Verhoog fs.inotify.max_user_instances voor Azure Functions workloads

Wij draaien Azure Functions (.NET isolated) die standaard veel file watchers opzetten. De huidige limiet van 128 inotify instances is onvoldoende. Verzoek: verhoog fs.inotify.maxuserinstances naar minimaal 1024 op de Kubernetes nodes waar onze workloads draaien. Error: "The configured user limit (128) on the number of inotify instances has been reached"
