Allow specify command on containers

In some situations you want to be able to create a container which runs with a different command rather than with the default command specified in the container image. Some examples are minio and redis which require extra flags to enable the certain features. This feature will allow users to reuse the same image for multiple different cases, like can be done with container jobs.
